Abstract (AB)This review covers the performance of the 19 sugar factories which were in operation in Mauritius during the 1991 season. Comparisons are also made with the performance of mills in other countries for which data are available. All data used in the review are as reported by the mills and compiled by the MSIRI, except for sugar weights which were obtained from the Mauritius Sugar Syndicate.
