Abstract (AB)The methods of measurement of cold water streams and calculation of the hot/warm water streams are discussed. Comparison of results of water surveys done in different factories are made. Means to economize water as well as to improve the effective use of cold water are proposed in order to reduce water consumption and effluent discharge.
