Abstract (AB)Results of fungicide trials for the control of potato blight carried out at the MSIRI from 1970 to 1974 are presented. Of several fungicides tested, Dithane M-45 and Daconil gave best control of disease. During epiphytotic conditions, perfect blight control can be achieved economically through efficient sprayings every 4 days with 2,5 lb. M-45 applied with a power sprayer at 50 gal./arpent of 16000 ft. row. The use of a wetter-sticker is not essential when sprays are performed at short time intervals.
