Abstract (AB)	The grain size of Mauritius raw sugars has been determined using modification of the well-known methanol iso-propanol washing procedure. M.A. and C.V. indices found graphically according to the Powers' method are compared with those obtained by a purely mathematical assessment of the data, using a computer.
