Abstract (AB)Experiments conducted to study the use of herbicides in food crops have given very satisfactory results in that not less than two herbicides can safely be applied to each of the crops tested: Linuron and Sencor in pre-emergence of potatoes; Linuron, Preforan and Cobex in pre-emergence of beans and peas. Sencor, Linuron and Prometryne in pre-emergence of carrots.
