Abstract (AB)Breeding of Allorhogas pyralophagus, a larval ectoparasite of the sugarcane stem borer Chilo sacchariphagus, being carried out in Mauritius, is described. Information on the biology, life cycle and origin of the parasite are provided. Alternate hosts and observations on competition with the existing parasite Apantales flavipes are also given.
