Thornenema viriosum n. sp. is described. T. baldum (Thorne, 1939) Andrassy, 1959, T. sylphoides (Williams, 1959) Andrassy, 1960, and T. parvum (Williams, 1959) n. comb. are redescribed. T. parvum differs from all other species ascribed to the genus by its tail form, which is rounded. The four species occur about the roots of sugarcane in Mauritius. | |
